Derived from the famous Panzerkampfwagen V Panther, the Jagdpanther proved to be superior to all Allied opponents in battle thanks to its successful combination of mobility, armor protection and firepower. The Jagdpanther with an 8.8 cm Pak 43/3 L/71 was produced from January 1944. Drive: 600 hp V 12-cylinder Maybach gasoline engine, top speed: 55 km/h. Crew: 5 men.
